All earrings are named after Greek philosophers. Lou Andreas-Salomé (1861-1937). One of the first female philosophers to enter the University of Zurich (Switzerland). She was admired by Nietzsche, Paul Rée, and Rilke. Freud said of her that she was a woman "of dangerous intelligence." Thanks to this last friendship, she became interested in psychoanalysis and managed to be one of the few women accepted in the Vienna psychoanalytic circle.
